    Flattering, well made and fun to wear. And long enough that you don't have to worry about exposing too much when sitting down and standing up. The color goes with a variety of tops. The only (minor) con is that the overskirt tends to fly around in windy conditions.

    I really do like Two Star Dog designs. This skirt is cuter than the photo allows. It has a gathered (no zippers/no buttons) elastic waist, but still looks professional. Very versatile. Best use might be spring and summer as the cotton weight is lite...this skirt does have an underskirt built into it.
