    This skirt was really cute and I was tempted to keep it, but once I looked at it in person I decided I wouldn't have paid that much for it in the store, so I returned it. If I wasn't on such a tight clothing budget I probably would've kept it.

    This skirt looked nicer online than in person. It has an elastic waistband and no real shape to the waist. It would be a lot more interesting if it were more figure-hugging from the waist down to the hips and then flared out. Too bad - I liked the idea of it.
