“I love how this skirt looks, but the elastic waist was so tight on me (I'm more straight than curvy and got the xs) that I picked out the stitches and replaced the elastic. Phew, now I can breathe. I love how the skirt flares when I turn, the smocked panels are sweet and it looks so awesome with my red cowboy boots!”
