    This skirt looked nicer online than in person. It has an elastic waistband and no real shape to the waist. It would be a lot more interesting if it were more figure-hugging from the waist down to the hips and then flared out. Too bad - I liked the idea of it.

    I love how this skirt looks, but the elastic waist was so tight on me (I'm more straight than curvy and got the xs) that I picked out the stitches and replaced the elastic. Phew, now I can breathe. I love how the skirt flares when I turn, the smocked panels are sweet and it looks so awesome with my red cowboy boots!
