Closeouts. Two Star Dog's crinkle chiffon layered Raquel skirt is made of a floaty fabric with vertical crinkle texture, here presented in an outgoing red poppy print with touches of turquoise and chocolate. Fabric drapes gracefully in angled cross-overs from the waist to the hem.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This is a very pretty skirt; I thought it was going to be my solution for what to wear to an outdoor wedding this summer. However, the elastic waist ruins it. It is not flattering and bunches at the waist. It's a shame - a band at the waist with a zipper (or some kind of closure) would have made it a much more flattering skirt in my opinion.
