No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“This is a very pretty skirt; I thought it was going to be my solution for what to wear to an outdoor wedding this summer. However, the elastic waist ruins it. It is not flattering and bunches at the waist. It's a shame - a band at the waist with a zipper (or some kind of closure) would have made it a much more flattering skirt in my opinion.”
