Cute but fabric sticks to other clothes

I loved how this jacket looked in the video, and in theory it's just what I was looking for-a lightweight fleece jacket with some style. Unfortunately the fabric seems weirdly "sticky" and won't lay or hang right. I'm hoping it will be better after its washed because I do love the style, color and quality.
