Two Star Dog Raquel Dress - Crinkle Chiffon, Short Sleeve (For Women)

This is a nice, basic dress that would be flattering to many figures. (I am fairly trim, short waisted, 5'4" and busty and it looks good on me, but from the cut and the drape I think it would also look good on a willowy frame or a semi-stocky figure.) Something about the fabric's print makes it seem just a trifle dowdy to me, but it looks great on, is easy to wear, and it travels exceedingly well, and these qualities more than compensate for its failings.

If you're carrying a little extra weight, this dress will make you feel wonderful. It's cut generous around the waist and the material has a real nice drape.

I ordered several items in the Two Star Dog brand and I like them very much.. I will order more in the future.

The print is a bit more bold and vivid than I usually buy, but the dress caught my eye. It fits my curvy, womanly body well, not too tight and not too loose. Just right. The construction is fabulous. I wish more clothing is constructed with built in linings and the other features of this dress. Pockets would be a big plus, but there are very few dresses with pockets anyway. I can see this dress being both dressy and casual, depending on what it was worn with. I've worn it once, since I got it in January, and it's still a bit chilly out to wear it.

Needs a bit more room in the bust for bustier girls. But don't buy the size up or you'll be swimming in it. It's got that Marilyn Munroe feel to it.

The dress is really lovely in every regard except fit. I am an athletically built size six who generally is a medium for tops and small for pants/skirts, and I can fit another person in this dress with me. I will try to alter it, or relegate it to really casual wear (or for shoplifting melons?), because the price, quality, and appearance of the dress are great.

This was a little big in the waist but otherwise a nice fit. The back is lower than I'd thought, but not inappropriate for my casual work place and could be worn with a jacket or cardigan.

The dress just seemed too big on me. I'm getting old (heavy sigh) and need a nice dress now and then but find most dresses too short or shaped the way my body no longer is. I'm 5'4" and seem to need something between a 6 and an 8. The length of this dress was great because it just covered my ever saggy knees.

I plan to travel to Europe this spring and this will be perfect to throw in my suitcase. I don't like to iron and it's great to have a dress in my closet that I know is always ready to wear. One comment about the color; it looked more like a dark rose in the online photo and in reality is closer to red, okay with me but may be a problem for some customers.

While I think this dress snagged some in my suitcase for 2 weeks all over Europe and UK, the fabric design is a great mask for all woes. Travels great, feels great. A bit low cut into the cleavage for daily wear, perhaps.
