    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The lining fabric has the most static cling of any garment I've ever owned. Lining is constructed so that the rather stiff 1/2 inch seam selvages are on the outer side and so are visible through the semi-transparent outer layer and also interfere with the drape of the outer layer at points. I am keeping the skirt but replacing the lining.

    This skirt is perfect for my daughter's harp performances. I reordered this skirt since the original had what looked like cat hair on it. The reordered skirt had the same small pieces of what looks like cat fur on it (we do not have a cat). Because this skirt is perfect for my daughter's needs, I just washed the skirt. I reordered it in the other available color. If not for the "fur" attached to the fabric, I would have rated this five stars.

    I ordered this skirt to pair with the Two Star Dog Raw Silk Amber Jacket so I could wear the outfit to a summer outdoor wedding, but was disappointed in the overall fit. I'm 5'7" with slightly pronounced hips, and the medium made me look like a dumpy hippy (pun intended). The waist was not well defined, and it appeared that the elastic was either worn out or too generous to begin with. That being said, the fabric was very nice, with an appealing feel and swish to it. Just not right for me.
