“I wore this in a mini triathlon under a bathing suit when swimming and then under a t-shirt when biking & running/walking. This bra gave me as much support as a "maximum support" Champion bra - I compared them running. I bought extra large and I wear a 38C. I would not wear it by itself as I am conservative & 52 years old, but I liked it! Comfortable biking & running.”
