“I have been a competitive swimmer for over 20 years, and love TYR suits. I didn't realize this suit was polyester when I bought it, however. I like lycra suits. They stretch better, fit better. Polyester is very stiff. I am 5'4", 120 and usually buy a 30 for competitive swimming. Polyester doesn't give or stretch out, so it is very snug, which for me is usually good, but this suit doesn't stretch at all. On the other hand, it should be very durable and last much longer if that is what you are looking for. Personally, I need to go buy another suit now that is lycra.”
