This waist pack is ideal for short hikes or walks. I use it every day to carry my water bottle hands-free on 1- to 4-hour hikes.

Hate the water bottle nipple spout thing though. I just use my own bottle. And the zip pocket is great for keys but not quite big enough for my iPhone.

Use this waist pack 2-3 times/week on 6-12 mile runs. Trail running. Pocket is small but allows for my car keys and a small granola bar or energy nuggets. Bottle stays in place and is of good design. Would purchase it again.

This is a great way to have wate on hand without having to carry it. The pocket in the pack is small, but I only use it for my keys. I use an armband for my ipod and don't dring my phone running. This could be great for a mom on the go trying to take kids to the park. Many ideas for such a simple product. Decent price, too!

Bought this so I could reclaim my running hydration pack from my son when he was at hiking summer camp. No matter how many times he tried, he couldn't open the bottle. I even had a hard time with it. I replaced it with a similarly sized bottle and the pack seems to be great. So, long story short, great pack, hard to use bottle.
