“The best thing about this product is that you can fling this bottle around and it won't leak. It is so easy to get fluid out of the kicker valve and you don't have to open and close it each time you use it. I use this for all my long runs (10-20 miles) and have never had a problem with the weight of the bottle -- and I'm a skinny woman!”
