“This is a nice pack for the money for day hike use. It would be too bulky for running or cycling. The main pouch is roomy enough for all of the essentials, a small camera and snack. The smaller removable pouch is a nice feature along with all of the padding. The cords around the water bottles are a bit cumbersome to use.”
