The pack itself is great. I have used it on a few 25+ mile runs and it has plenty of room for water, food, and some other small things. The bottles, on the other hand, I don't like. They leak, but I just use some other bottles and they fit fine. One thing to keep in mind, I like to keep it really tight while I run, which means there isn't a whole lot of extra room to tighten it. There is plenty of room for me (about a 32" waist), but if you are very skinny you might not be able to tighten it completely. Overall, I love it though.

The waist pack is well constructed with amply sized zippered pockets for storage; can hold cell phone; credit card; cash, and keys. If I don't plan to carry both water bottles, I use one of the holders to stash an umbrella. My only objections relate to the water bottles. Valve is hard to pull up, and you need to suck on the bottle (like a baby bottle) to get water.

This thing is great. Allows you to take just about anything you might want on a long trail run, and organize it all. (ran 10-11 miles yesterday with it loaded with a bunch of stuff I'd normally leave in the car, just, well, basically because I could) If anything it's a bit big. And yet, it does not move when you strap it on and cinch it up. Very thoughtfully designed, lots of things to like. One thing that did seem odd at first, was that the valves at the tops bottles are soft, like nipples on a baby bottle. Took a little while to get used to, but they work fine, and don't leak, as far as I've noticed.
