“Simple Style but stiff, awkward fit”

“I usually don't spend this much [$], but I LOVED the design and thought they'd be a simple, go-with-everything fit into my wardrobe due to the styles' simplicity.However, the shoes' overall stiffness (including the toe thong) and the awkward heel fit necessitates the addition of adhesive heel gripper placements.Overall, I am disappointed and regret paying (what I feel is) so much for a white pr. of dress-casual sandals. I am hoping I can break them in a little better and my overall opinion of these will change because I'd like to get some wear out of them. Otherwise, I'll have to be forced to admit this purchase was a mistake [...], but I'd really like to get these to work. They are cute, afterall). Hopefully, you'll have better luck should you buy them.”
