BUT...they seem to fit a bit large around the waist. Had my local seamstress take them in and all is good. Need to add in that additional $5.00 per shirt though...

Answer A 48cm neck is a 19" and a 91cm sleeve is 36/37" sleeve. Sorry we have none in that size in stock. Due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantities.
