I got this in the blue/white houndstooth. I ended up returning it, but not because there was anything wrong with it; I just didn't need a blue shirt with a Prince-of-Wales check pattern. If it had been a plain, "un-patterned" houndstooth, I definitely would have kept it. The fabric was excellent, and the styling details were also to my liking - French front, HIDDEN button-down collar, etc... Potential purchasers of this brand's shirts should be aware that the collar sizes run almost a full centimeter smaller than their stated size. This is true across the board for this brand's shirts.

I purchased this in the white tonal check, which is really not a check at all, but rather a textured weave. From a distance it looks a lot like a royal oxrod weave, but up close it shows itself to be rather unique. A type of basketweave. Lovely. I also love the spread collar, mitered double-button cuffs, and French front, but these are personal taste preferences. The material is incredibly soft, very light, has a bit of stretch, and a lot of sheen. Both visually and in texture, it falls somewhere between an oxford weave and sharskin suiting fabric. Very cool and unique. I got both gray and brown, but will return the gray as it simply doesn't complement my skin tone. The brown is more of a taupe; unless you compare it side-by-side with the gray shirt, it looks essentially gray as well. Just a deeper, more earthy hue.
