I thru-hiked the PCT in five pairs of these shoes-- the first pair lasted the first 700 miles through the S. Cali desert, averaging 15 miles a day, over varied terrain. Hardly any blisters, did well in heat, good traction. Every pair I had lasted more than 500 miles (and I still have and use the pai... Read More
Verified Buyer Reviewed by maryf from Campbell on Thursday, March 12, 2015I was relieved that these were so comfortable right out of the box. Ordered a size 6 and they fit just right. Usually wear 5.5 in regular shoes. The only negative is they squeak when you walk.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by MPHiker from Seattle on Saturday, February 21, 2015Too small. I usually wear a 6, so I got a 6 in this shoe since they were said to be true to size, but the toe box was trying to murder my feet. Had to return. They looked well constructed and beautiful and I wish they had a size that fit me.
Reviewed by beachwalker from California on Tuesday, March 25, 2014all time favorite for both trail running and hiking. runs a bit small, may want to order 1/2 size up.
Reviewed by Yoyo from Wellington, NZ on Thursday, March 14, 2013This is my second Vasque training running shoes. And I bought this since I needed good shoes for Oxfam 100km Trail Walk next month.
It has a solid support around the heel but your ankle is free to move, which is ideal for me.
Reviewed by Ponychick from Raleigh NC on Friday, October 5, 2012The shoe fit well, very comfortable. I was really disappointed when the lateral side of the shoe, near the little toe, ripped after only a couple of months. The material is just not sturdy and rugged. Love the look and feel of the shoe. VERY disappointed in the quality. Oddly the rest of the shoe has held up well.

Answer Hi, great question! So, basically. Since we’re a closeouts company, we often get products in limited quantities so they can sell out quickly, especially in popular colors/sizes. On occasion, we’re able to reorder an item, but we often only get one shipment. But, there’s a way for you to know for sure! Sign up for our MyUpdates emails—you can customize it to hunt for the products/colors/sizes/brands you love and it will automatically notify you when we get them in! Answer Vasque shoes can either be narrow or a normal width. These are fairly true to a medium, but it is slightly narrower than most Merrells.
