awesome hiking boots! this is my second pair. very comfortable.

If your looking for a light-weight hiking shoe, this is for you. I own a pair of high ankle boots, and wanted something much more comfortable on my ankles. I had to go a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear due to sock thickness. These are such a perfect hiking shoe. Fits great! Can't wait to wear them on my Yosemite trip!

I don't know if it's because I have a narrow foot, but each step I take in these, the heels make a squeak. It's pretty funny. I will try to add some molefoam padding or different insoles. Other than that, these are great.

These were exactly what I am looking for! I needed a water resistant field shoe for walking in pastures. They are perfect. Great fit; I took the advice and ordered a 1/2 size bigger than my tennis shoe size.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she love them, now she can join me to walk in the mountains

Will use hiking shoes on even or moderate terrain, not on mountain trails in Pa, as they are rocky and need ankle support. Haven't broken these shoes in yet!

I have these in the non-waterproof version and they are one of my favorites. After competing in a disc dog event recently I realized I needed a waterproof version. The shoes I had with me (Vasque Ions) were waterproof and kept my feet dry and comfortable but didn't provide much traction in the water soaked field. I haven't had a chance to try these in similar conditions yet but I am confident that they will perform as expected. Great shoe at a fantastic STP price. It doesn't get much better than this!

I take short hikes daily with school children. The shoes are great for that. Need to wear a little thicker sock because they are a bit stiff as most hiking boots/shoes need to be in order to be durable.

My second pair. The first pair, 2 yrs. ago, I got my size (9 1/2) and it was too small. Had to have it stretched 3 times so it didn't squish my toes.. Got a 10 this time and it fits fine.
