    I hike on the weekends and occasionally during the week, if I can get off work early enough. These books are nice to look at and I thought they were going to be great. However, they hurt my feet pretty bad. There is no support in them. If I were to add cushions, they will not fit. So I will regretfully be returning these boots. Thank God Sierra Trading has such a Great Return Policy. I would not buy from anyone else.

    These hiking boots were very disappointing. The gray portion of the boot wore out within 4 months and the black toe piece started to come unglued in less then 6 months. I work outside in the rough terrain and the quality of these boots was not worth the price.

    These are a decent boots. The foot fit is comfortable, but they hurt some around the ankles when laced snug due to the tongue design. I also bought a pair of Clarions which are very comfortable. I will probably where these mostly for casual and work, and keep the Clarions for hiking.
