This bag is light and well made but it has a few issues that limit its desirability.
If you are planning on using this as a general purpose alpine day pack I would say go for it as it is well designed and built for this.
If you are using this for ski touring and actually want to strap your skis to it I might think twice. The problem is the diagonal carry strap is not connected to much (on some packs it is internally connected to the frame or straps) and isn't very useful unless the pack is stuffed full to keep its shape. The shovel and probe pocket is easy to access, which is good, but it is covered by a thin mesh that doesn't take long to wear out when the skis and shovel rub against each other as you walk.
As far as the fit goes the straps are comfortable for a lightweight pack but it will fit shorter torso people better.
