I ordered this along with a comparable pack from Mountainsmith and Mountain Hardware. In comparison, the Vaude felt cheap and flimsy. The straps are REALLY thin. It has a lot of nice features including a rain cover packed away in a little pouch on the bottom of the pack. And the side zippers expand by quite a bit. I liked the design and the size felt just right for a short backpacking trip or lightweight backpacker-style travel. But the quality was poor, so I sent it back.

Great day pack, good fit with expandable storage. Room left over after food, a 3L hydration bladder, rain jacket, and a softshell. I love the expandable and collapsable exterior pockets. I have the Jura 24 as well, but it is much more suited to my wife.
