Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Steve at the Lake from North Carolina on Monday, July 22, 2013Great European design and quality. Use as a day pack or for your next ultralight adventure. Pair this up with a hammock, tarp and some food and go put some miles behind you. Suspension is adjustable but if your over 6 feet tall, it won't be comfortable.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by hiker from Vermont on Tuesday, December 4, 2012I know I should have known more about pack sizes when it said 15 liters -- but in the pictures it looks like all the packs are big and the same size. This pack is way too small for our needs. Otherwise a light weight well made pack. Doesn't hold a lot.
Question & Answer
It is not hydration compatible.
There are a couple of attachment points near the bottom of the pack that you could bungee a sleeping bag to.
According to Vaude, yes. Once removed the pack can be stuffed into the top compartment. The backplate on my rock ultralite 35 is also removable. However the larger pack cannot be stuufed into the top compartment due to the hipbelt. I assume the backplate can also be removed from the 25. But I don't know about being able to stuff the 25 into it;s top compartment.
“STP specs indicate 390 cu. in., but 15 liters equals 915 cu. in.
Please verify what is correct. Thanks.”
Thanks for catching that. It is 915 cu. in. It weighs 390 grams.
