    This jacket's fabric is very light-weight and I would not consider it a 'velvet.' However, it is cute, well cut, and with a long, lacey white blouse underneath, it will be awesome to wear. Sleeves are amply long which I need. Will work with skinny long skirts for dress, or designer jeans for more casual.

    Had high hopes for this jacket, but the quality and the fit were not what I expected. The embroidery stitching on the jacket was less than careful, and the velveteen material was a magnet for lint and hair.

    This is a nice jacket for dressing up jeans. I wish it had a liner for easy on and off. I was also disappointed with some of the embroidery detail because the threads were fraying in a few spots. The black on black hides it a bit. All in all, a nice casual jacket for the price.
