Closeouts. Ideal for bird watchers, hunters and naturalists that enjoy taking a closer look during hikes, Vero Vellini's binocular neck strap secures binoculars around your neck with lightweight, flexible and strong neoprene.

This company makes top notch products. At STP discounted prices for Vero Vellini, they are a must buy product if you see them. Locally they were twice as much. Much better than standard straps because of the slight spring to the neoprene so it make the binocs feel less heavy and more comfortable with them hanging around your neck when you are out for an hour or three hours. I had purchased one of their other slings a few year back and knew that these would be excellent. :-)

Bought this to replace the flimsy strap that came with my compact binox, but this item would not fit through the strap holes, so gave away to a friend. Looks well made and comfortable, and should work with full sized binoculars fine.

The main downside to this sling is lack of adjustability. Once a length is set it cannot be changed on the fly. Otherwise simple and good for casual use. For hunting I prefer either a bino-harness or a simple strap like those Swarovski uses which allows rapid length changes.

Attached it to some Nikon binocs and it worked great. Had just enough spring to it to keep from being too noticeable throughout the day. If it sits on skin you can get a little sweaty since it doesn't breathe or absorb the sweat much, but I will take that over a soggy strap that does wick it away.
