Just received the rod today after standard fast shipping. The finials though are way bigger than I expected them to be. They measure almost 4 inches long with a 2 inch diameter. The finish is unusual also in that it looks like someone indiscriminately painted small areas with gold paint over the bronze. I'm hoping once it's in place, it'll be harder to see... can't beat the price so I'll live with it.

Perfect for our sliding glass door curtain. The first one arrived damaged and Sierra Trading Post was absolutely wonderful about replacing it instantly!

I used this for full-size curtains covering the sliding doors to my deck. Easy to install with sturdy mounting hardware included. Classy looking and sturdy. Outstanding value—most curtain rods in stores at this pice point are junk compared to this.
Best Uses: All full-size curtains
Cons: none
Pros: Classic Look, Quality mounting hardware, Well Made
Question
“Do the finials screw on or slide on? I am thinking of purchasing these for our church to hang banners from and will need to be able to get one end off to slide the banner on. Thank you.”
