They measure almost 4 inches long with a 2 inch diameter. The finish is unusual also in that it looks like someone indiscriminately painted small areas with gold paint over the bronze. I'm hoping once it's in place, it'll be harder to see... can't beat the price so I'll live with it.

Classy looking and sturdy. Outstanding value—most curtain rods in stores at this pice point are junk compared to this.
