The packaging does not allow for nice delivery. It will be a miracle if yours arrives intact. Otherwise it was sturdy and lightweight and pretty.

However, the price was so good that I decided to risk it. I was very pleasantly surprised when the product arrived well packaged and perfectly intact. The rod was easy to install and the finials are exactly the style I wanted for my home.

The cap ends are flimsy plastic -- these do not match Versailles' usual quality. But they are unique and attractive. I'd recommend with reservations.
