Versailles Encore Series Twig Curtain Rod - Adjustable 48-86"

I ordered 6 of these and all 6 arrived with finials that were broken. the box did not appear to be damaged in any way, which lead me to believe the finial material was just to weak to survive shipping

It arrived broken. So sad. I should have paid attention to the warning about the broken leaves. The packaging does not allow for nice delivery. It will be a miracle if yours arrives intact. Otherwise it was sturdy and lightweight and pretty.

I was nervous when I ordered this after reading the reviews about it arriving broken. However, the price was so good that I decided to risk it. I was very pleasantly surprised when the product arrived well packaged and perfectly intact. The rod was easy to install and the finials are exactly the style I wanted for my home.

This came with one leaf already broken -- the packing was cushioned only on one end. The cap ends are flimsy plastic -- these do not match Versailles' usual quality. But they are unique and attractive. I'd recommend with reservations.

It looks good just not durable.

From the picture I thought the part with the branch and leaves were metal so was very surprised to see 2 leaves broken off after I unpacked the first rod. Made me sick to see that as these are otherwise quite nice, don't have the heart yet to open the other rods I ordered. Possibly broke off during shipping as the rod box was within another larger long box without packing to prevent the smaller inner box from sliding up and down in it. Even with packing, the rod can still shift back and forth within it's box, so even with packing the leaves may still have broken off.
