We figured out a way to mount these in spite of having no directions and no mounting hardware. The mechanism to raise and lower them pulls so hard that mounting hardware probably would not hold them anyway. At least they are only for a cabin where they won't be used daily.

The hardware that comes with the blinds is totally useless. It is difficult to use, can damage the cheap bamboo, and does not hold the blinds in place.

Bought these for my cabin bedrooms to replace plastic /vinyl ones. They are much better in quality and looks. And they block out all unwanted light[...] Easy to install.

I couldn't get them to hang. The hardware was such that the bamboo interfered with inserting the shade into the metal bracket. I gave them away and ordered from another company.

i was disappointed in the quality of this product. [...]. there were splinters on some of the slats. i did not want to take the trouble to return it, so i tried to hang it (in a rarely used/seen 3 season porch), but it was difficult to figure out - and given the disappointment in the product, i did not bother and returned it.

Needed to cover 5 windows.These look great and were an amazing price. I would not buy them if I was planning to open and close the blinds several times/day as they are a bit tough to raise.Also they were super hard to hang on the mounting hardware.Took two people and it was still hard.I recommend them if you are budget shopping.

I like them! There are many comments about being difficult to install. I've used other brands & I believe they are all a bit of a challenge to install when you're new to doing it. Don't even bother using the supplied screws, it'll make your installation go a LOT smoother if you invest in a good quality screw. These do not fully block out the light and I would estimate at a %90-%95 screen. I think it's a good product when compared to what you're gonna pay elsewhere, but buy better screws.

These blinds look nice, but that's about the best to be said for them. They have a hanging mechanism that simply doesn't work well. Opening and closing the blinds often causes them to completely disengage and fall down.

Ithought this was just a good product for the money. The pattern mated well with my bathroom. I thought the mounting hardware to be a little flimsy, but only time will prove me right or wrong on this point. [...]

I'll start off by saying that these blinds look nice. Now on to the criticism. (1) The directions are very poor. It took me quite some time to figure out how to install the blinds. Once I figured it out, the installation for the other blinds was simple. (2) Once installed, the blinds are quite unstable. When trying to adjust, they fall right off the wall. I attribute both of my problems with the design of the brackets. I'm not sure what to do about this. I now have blinds hanging that I don't adjust for fear of them falling off the wall.
