    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I have been a 5 1/2B right on for 35 yrs. I can generally go to any shoe area, try on the 5 1/2 and bang on have a perfect fit. These shoes are darling, so much cuter than the pictures but the pattern used to build the shoe on must be incorrect. Trying them on left me feeling as though I had put the shoes on the wrong foot or was trying to wear narrow boxes. Very strange. They are going back.

    These shoes are nice looking and probably comfortable, it's just that I couldn't even put them on to tell you how they feel like. I would say order a whole size up. They feel narrow and generally small.

    These are my "go to" shoes both for style and comfort. The decorative touches dress them up enough that they function well as "flats", yet they are sporty enough to be ideal casual loafers. They were comfortable from the first minute I put them on, too. What a deal!

    Rarely am I so happy about a purchase! I just got the shoes, so I could not judge their durability, but everything else is top grade. I have a medium to narrow foot, size 8.5, and these seem to have been cut out just for it. The only wish I have is that, if the sole were brown as it looks on the photo of the brown shoe, but not matte black, as it turned out to be, it would have been even better. Yet, I give them the well-deserved five stars.

    My kind of shoes - can wear with jeans, dress up or down. Very good quality, stylish classic. When I got the shoes the leather seemed a little dry and stiff and the square toe would sink down on the one side of my foot. I stuffed the toes with paper towels very tightly and applied several doses of leather conditioner. They are now great!

    THe soles of these shoes feel odd. I love the look and for my purposes they work well. However, I did have to adjust to the feel of a narrow sole platform under my foot. They fit well.
