    I have an athletic build and found these jeans too small (ordered my regular size). I sent them back and I'm not going to reorder because I think the style isn't going to fit well if I buy them bigger. I loved the fabric and look - just maybe not for me.

    At first try, I thought they were fine, but when weather got warm and I went to actually wear them, they were large in the waist and seat (more like khakis than jeans). I returned for next size down (rare for me) and they fit perfectly, as you would expect well-cut jeans to do. May be OK for those who want loose fit, or are at upper end of a given size, but not for hip-riding jeans. How weird is that: a European brand that's roomy?

    These pants are a great, slim fit and are high quality. But be aware, they are NOT jeans! They are a lighter weight cotton twill in jeans styling. Very comfortable, especially for summer. So my only complaint is truth in advertising - the description is a bit misleading.
