I bought this watch in June 2013, and after normal use (I do not abuse my watches), it quit keeping time in April 2014. I sent it to an authorized Victorinox repair center to have it repaired under the 3-year warranty, and just received a repair quote of $175 with a note that the repair would not be covered by the warranty.
I can replace this with a less expensive, more durable watch for $165. Very disappointing, as this is the most expensive and nicest watch I've ever purchased for myself. Not sure if I'm going to park it in my jewelry box or just send it to Victorinox with letter explaining that I will never again purchase their products.

I have a small wrist--only about 6.5" circumference--so I was excited to find a watch whose specs said 7" bracelet length. I was disappointed to find that the band is much too large for me. I'll need to remove 6 links to get it to fit! But I'm keeping it. It's a bit large in the face for a petite wrist, but nonetheless it's a good-looking watch, the brand has a good reputation (though I've never owned a Victorinox watch), and the style is versatile--sporty/technical, but the metal band makes it serious enough for everyday or the office. I'll wear it everywhere once I get the links removed.
