Viyella shirts used to be made in the U.S., but this off-shore version is of very high quality. A very good buy, especially at the sale price.

Buyers should beware that this shirt, and presumably all Viyella products, is very large for the size. I am 6'1" and 180 pounds and the large hung down to mid-finger and left room inside for my wife too. I have the same issue with Scott Barber shirts.

Great all around shirt

Viyella shirts are made with a unique blend of wool and cotton fabric that produces a soft but crisp-looking appearance. They are timeless classics in terms of style, so the somewhat high (retail) purchase price is offset by the fact that you can wear these shirts forever and they never look dated. One does have to be careful in terms of laundering and maintenance; too much heat will shrink the fabric. I have my Viyellas professionally cleaned and pressed; they are worth the expense and trouble.
