    I ordered both the Medium and Large sizes of this helmet and was unable to get a good fit. The Large was too loose and the medium too tight. Overall the helmet feels too massive.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The fit is poor, and the head contact points, namely front and back only, are uncomfortable. The retention strap chokes and feels like it is blocking circulation. Construction looks good, but you won't care after you put it on. The only caveat is, if your head is perfectly round, you might like it.
