“I love these mugs! They are easy to hold and stay level on the counter. I had another model a few years ago but the connector part on the mug was heavy and had it tipping over all the time creating unwanted spills on the counter. These are sturdy and easy to hold. IT DOES GOT HOT!! Almost too hot. I found that it only takes about 5 minutes to make my drink hot, not the 30 mins stated on the packaging. Having 2 is nice since I often commute with others. I bought a second set for a gift.”
