    Flashlight seems sturdy enough, not super bright but should do the job. Seems fairly well made, if it holds up it will be a good investment for emergencies. I keep this one in my car, I had an old D-cell flashlight in my trunk- it was dead when I needed it one night. The flashlight was relatively inexpensive with discounts.

    Our Electric goes out often and it's nice to have a bright , light weight Flashlight that you don't have to worry about always having good batteries for it. Just crank it for a minute and get 10 minutes of bright light. Also like the A/C Recharger for the batteries that come w, it.

    The lamp has 6 led's, on mine, only 5 of them light up. This lamp is a poor mans Princeton Tech. Their hand held lamps are waterproof and far more durable

    I'm not sure about battery life since the insert refers to it a disturbing amount. However, it works fine so far. It should be great for emergency use in a vehicle or car camping. The spot is bright.

    i bought this because it is a wind up light. it is big and heavy; but that is because of a large battery. the light is not very bright but good enough. once charged it hold power for many many hours of use. i am keeping it since i can wind it up quickly and it will hold the charge for a long time...for emergencies. the quality...hard to tell...everything looks frail nowadays.
