I bought this because of the glowing description. Needless to say I was very disappointed, it's range is much too short to be labeled a spotlight. It is light weight and bright for a limited range, probably good for backyard camping.

This item is to be given as a Christmas gift. We had one before, but after about a year it would not hold a charge. Even the crank charge only lasted a short time. But, my husband liked the light so much to use around the house that I have decided to try one more time and hope it lasts longer this go around...

This is a great light for emergency use too. It is small/compact and does not weigh much. You will not regret buying this unit. Better hurry....buys like this don't come along very often.

Dynanmo recharge is for emergency recharge only. should use ac/dc for routine recharge. Bright beam illuminates nice area out to 30 ft plus.

I like the multiple methods of recharging. It's great for walking around the yard in the dark, but not bright enough or spot enough to see across the yard in detail. My yard is about 50' wide. The lock button doesn't work on the light I got, but it's a feature that is not important to me. I bought several for gifts and those worked fine.

Really like the Wagan line of products, but this fell a bit short...not nearly as bright as I was anticipating - needed it to find my big black lab when he wanders off at night!!! Really like the crank feature in case of emergencies & leds are great- just not enough umph!
