Wagan Portable Cooler-Warmer - 7L

I used this product recently while on the road during a diving trip. The small size allowed me to set it in the passenger's seat to keep things cold and easy to reach while driving so I wouldn't have to pull over and stop just to grab something out of my larger cooler. Just to give an idea of interior size, I was able to fit (4) 16.9 oz bottles of water plus (4) yogurt cups-or (6) pudding cups if you prefer. Anyway, it kept things cold. I haven't had a chance to see how it works with keeping items hot, but I do know that it heats up. Just be sure you plug the cord into the unit properly or cold things will end up hot, and vice-versa. Just match the notch on the unit to the indent on the plug and things should work properly. The only disadvantages I thought it had was that since it is small and narrow, it had a tendency to tip on its side while driving winding roads. I had to put the shoulder strap over the passengers side headrest to help prevent that. But otherwise, its a handy little unit and I'm glad I bought it!

Haven't tried the cooler function yet, but the warmer isn't all that warm. I thought that this unit might keep a warm can of soup, warm enough to eat. Not so much. The Wagan will keep your food from freezing, but that's about it. Hopefully, the cooler function works better.
