Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this unit to put in my motorcycle. If I have a battery run down by leaving a light on or something stupid like that, I can't get to the battery without taking the tank off; this charges though the accessory jack (they don't call them cigarette lighters anymore:-) ) Seems very well made. It comes charged, but recommends charging it for 30 minutes so I did so in my car. It's packed away in the cycle panniers.
