    It has powered my netbook flawlessly in the week I have had it. Haven't tried out the USB yet since nothing I own runs or recharges off that. The pouch is convenient for storing the unit and cord together either in the glovebox or the console.

  • Dead Battery After - Maybe a Coincidence

    Bottom Line:
    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I got this to use on a long vacation and tried it out while driving to charge a cell phone for about an hour, which worked fine. Three days later the vehicle would not start due to an electrical problem - not yet determined - probably a battery that would not produce current though it showed good voltage. These two occurences may be entirely coincidental, but I will not be taking it with us on vacation.
