My previous 8 year old Gaiam mat was starting to move around a lot on the yoga room floor during practice and this one stays right where I roll it out, excellent. But ... only 2 months on, the little rubbery bumps are coming off like mad, a real disappointment. I did wash it per directions on receipt, and once more recently since I think that keeping the mat clean increases durability. I practice 3 or 4 times per week.

Reviewed by Tracy from Colorado on Friday, May 17, 2013This mat is not good if you want to use it in Hot Yoga Classes (CorePower Yoga Studios). I've only been using it for 2 weeks and it starting to fall apart already. I had to go back to using my old Gaiam mat.
