We haven't had to use it yet, but when I showed it to my vet she bought one too and was surprised at the low price

It is versatile and will get a lot of use. The heat pack is useless however. It came all dried up and dusty. Made a complete mess of the entire coat! I was able to vacuum it off, but it is not useable. If you touch it dust just falls out of it. Conatacted customer service and was told I would get a replacement, but have not received it yet.

Reviewed by Lilly from Atlanta on Monday, January 28, 2013Our dog is very old with arthritus and other aches and pains. The velcro strap allows a custom and snug fit like a security blanket. The heat or cold packs allows for pain relief and/or comfort. Our dog seemed to love it.
