Warm Whiskers Pet Therapy Jacket with Gel Packs - Large

We have on occasion needed to use a heat pack on a dog's limb and they are not always content to 'stay put.' This, we hope will provide the answer. We haven't had to use it yet, but when I showed it to my vet she bought one too and was surprised at the low price

This is a fun purchase especially for more than one dog houses. The other get very excited and want to see - it also makes the dog feel "hugged" - good fun

Received the coat in record time! Good service. Coat fits wonderfully and is easy to put on and take off my large breed dog. It is versatile and will get a lot of use. The heat pack is useless however. It came all dried up and dusty. Made a complete mess of the entire coat! I was able to vacuum it off, but it is not useable. If you touch it dust just falls out of it. Conatacted customer service and was told I would get a replacement, but have not received it yet.

My do that needs it like cold weather, so I did not know if he'd wear this, but when I heated the buckwheat pack and put it on him, he seemd to relish the comfort.

Our dog is very old with arthritus and other aches and pains. The velcro strap allows a custom and snug fit like a security blanket. The heat or cold packs allows for pain relief and/or comfort. Our dog seemed to love it.

if you need apply cold or warmth to a particular area on a leg probably better than anything you can improvise lets face it trying keep something on a dogs leg that he doesnt try and take off is a difficult task, probably have to use an ecollar too. the jacket part looks like a christmas costume for the dog(maybe the humiliation will keep him quiet). I have not had to use it yet. I would not leave the pack on unsupervised because there is no way the dog isn't going to chew it. at this price good to have around just incase you need it( probably better and less expensive than what you can buy at the vet). The jacket basically just serves as a place for the pack strap to mount to, also it comes wtih 1 cold and 1 warm pack and its nice they are color coded red for hot blue for cold.
