    I bought a medium. I'm 5'6" 155lb big shoulder (sounds like a personal ad) its big around the wast and fits my shoulders well. if you've got a narrow frame go a size smaller. if there's a gut you're ashamed of or you haven't been to the gym in a few years, this will do the ticket and its cheaper than a gym membership
