It looks bigger in pictures. Waist belt comes across just below ribs rather than at hips. I would recommend it for kids and very short adults only. Its going back since my kids already have packs. Otherwise its well made

Haven't used it yet, but I'm very happy with the bells & whistles: lots of compartments, removable rain cover with storage space, tons of adjustable straps for a perfect fit, good lumbar system and hip support. LOVE the color too! The 20L appears to have adequate room for day hikes (I wouldn't get anything smaller). Will test it out soon!

I am not a backpacker but when I saw this barnburner I thought it was a great deal.
However, as I was subsequently told by my friends, 20 L is a very small capacity. It is basically the size of a regular backpack.
It will be good for day hiking but I am not sure about an overnight.
Otherwise it is a great pack. Nice materials, good pockets, comfortable.
