Wenger Copper Winter Boots - Waterproof, Insulated (For Women)

I live in upstate New York need good show boots. These fit the bill

These are great boots, just not flexible enough for my taste. Felt like ski boots. Are definitely waterproof, and warm. I am a size 7.5 and after reading the other comments, I ordered up to an 8, thinking maybe a 7 might have been better, but still not flexible and that is a big thing for me.

Great for walking in the snow as they are water resistant, thermal insulated and the soles have a very good grip for slippery conditions. They are quite chunky heavy boots that are a bit stiff.

9 woman is 41 so it runs too much bigger

Had to return. The shoe fit was too odd: way too large around the heel (but my toes were snug). My feet were floating in them (around the ankle it was snug. It's almost as if these were designed for a man and later the length adapted for women by making the boot length shorter. I was sorry to see them go, but there was no way I could wear them in wintry condition: too roomy for a stable gait. Buy only if you have ducked shaped feet. Also one of the boot was wider than the other.
