I bought this watch with the intention of switching the metal watch band for either a leather or rubber Wenger watch band that I already had. I am using the the black leather band and the look is terrific. I wear it to work and basically everywhere else. The dark blue face is very sharp. The date is small and hard to read. The watch is a good buy but I would recommend changing the band.

I gave this as a Valentine's gift to my boyfriend. It's a beautiful, stylish piece, and he loves it. As other people have mentioned, the band is a little on the large size - we haven't had the chance to bring it to a jeweler to take a link or two out. But that will be any easy fix. Definitely a great watch for the price.

Swiss Army makes good quality products and while I ended up returning this watch I replaced it with the same watch with a leather band. The only drawback to this watch I found at this point was the metal band which required a jeweler to size and allowed little fine tune adjustment to allow for subtle changes in wrist diameter due to temperature/swelling. The price is right (about 1/2 retail) and a watch dealer in the mall told me it would be just $15 to to adjust the watch band. I felt that the same watch with a leather band would better meet my needs.
