Wenger Terra Watch - Gold Plated (For Women)

Like that the watch can be read in the dark

I have purchased my watches from Sierra for the past 10 years, and Wenger is my favorite brand. Therefore I surprised when the watch did not keep time. I took it to a jeweler thinking that a battery swap might solve the problem--another [$]. It didn't. My advice is DO NOT RISK BUYING THIS WATCH. It is expensive and defective. It looks nice and does not work. I am deeply disappointed in Sierra, a company I have trusted, for selling lemons [as you will see other reviews corroborate my experience].

This was the second same watch that kept very slow time. Had to return. Very dissappointed.

I loved this watch and would happily have kept it, but for one thing: it didn't work, even after I replaced the battery! [...]... I know these watches are refurbished, but surely they shouldn't sell products that don't work. "[...]

I returned the watch. Looks like a mans watch.

Watch didn't perform basic function of keeping time, even when I replaced battery.

The face on this watch is large for woman's watch giving it less of a feminine look tending toward the look of a man's watch to my eye. Also it says "Swiss Military" on the face in addition to "Wenger". Other than that, this watch has the usual high quality construction and function of a Wenger watch which I have owned in the past. Leather band is of high quality. The watch does not appear in anyway to be refurbished.

This watch is refurbished, so I was a little skeptical, but when the watch arrived it looked beautiful and brand new. I always loved the look of the Wenger watches, but couldn't find one with a gold face and leather band, so this was perfect for me. The band is very comfortable and the price was right, so I'm very pleased with this purchase.
