    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Had to return. The shoe fit was too odd: way too large around the heel (but my toes were snug). My feet were floating in them (around the ankle it was snug. It's almost as if these were designed for a man and later the length adapted for women by making the boot length shorter. I was sorry to see them go, but there was no way I could wear them in wintry condition: too roomy for a stable gait. Buy only if you have ducked shaped feet. Also one of the boot was wider than the other.

    Pros:
    I haven't used them yet, Nice styling, Sturdy vibram soles
    Cons:
    Uppers aren't as beefy, Wide in the forefoot
    Bottom Line:
    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    The shoes appear to be good quality. The vibram soles should last and grip and the shoe is torsionally stiff. The uppers look nice but are not as quality as the soles. Good styling. It will be interesting to see if the uppers hold up to the soles. Great price. I already own a Wenger watch that I really like.
